BotWilling is operated by Aarsh Innovations LLC. Our products are made to order, helping us offer AI-inspired designs while avoiding unnecessary inventory.

Standard shipping

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States. Shipping varies by product, quantity and destination. Your actual shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. T-shirts, hoodies and mugs may ship separately.

Production and delivery

Each item is made to order and printed before it ships. Production time is additional to the shipping estimate shown at checkout. Production may take longer during busy periods or around holidays.

The current delivery estimate is shown at checkout. Dates are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, holidays and carrier delays may add time. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery destinations

International delivery is not offered during this initial release. Available destinations and their shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Damaged, incorrect, delayed or missing orders

Contact contact@botwilling.com promptly with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding delivery, cancellation, faulty goods or refunds.
